Does anybody own it? And how is it different from the single? Does it have a break?

Yep...have it. Without having the original single, I can't tell you exactly how it differs, but at 6:59 (actually more like 6:40 when I clocked it), I assume it's longer. There's a brief guitar break at about 4 minutes into it. In terms of the remix, it's not really a reconstruction of the song...it's more like in the proto days, when two 45s would be mashed together to make a longer version. Still, it's a pleasant piece of pop disco.

Cliff obviously jumped on the Disco Bandwagon and made some Discopop.

Not exactly big partytunes but very pleasant to here.
