Ozone's 1981 album "Send It"

sure was surprised to see this oldie advertised here, I'd forgotten all about it. Ozone, if I recall, at one point served as Teena Marie's backing band. And even though I sold my copy of the album years ago, I still remember it has 2 great songs that Teena Marie produced: the slammin' funk track "Gigolette" (with Teena adding sexy vocal ad libs) and the gorgeous ballad "Over and Over Again". Check 'em out if you see the record at a reasonable price.

Pretty solid funk album! I do recommend that you seek out a copy of the 12" for "Gigolette" if you don't own one. It was a promo only release but is great in it's extended version which runs over 6 and a half minutes long. The LP version clocked in about a minute and a half shorter. Plus the promo 12" also has an instrumental cut of the track. Two copies of this jam are essential for DJ purposes.
