 Roller Discoers : What about SYMPHONY ON WHEELS ? ***** Never heard mention of this one .... any skaters recall it ??? SYMPHONY ON WHEELS Jane Flores And The Bonet Band on FABULOUS Records   The song is from the 1980 LP of the same name SYMPHONY ON WHEELS w/ 20 roller skating hits by various artists .... SYMPHONY ON WHEELS is sung to .....what is this old song's title   ... HOW GENTLE IS THE RAIN .... You move into my arms Now love will join to make a circle If you left me standing here I'll just stop and wait You'll come around again .............. (well it is a roller rink after all ) *** In the break a Madonna like voice slowly whispers : Lace up ...your .... booty skates *** If anybody falls I'm here to help you start all over Just reach out your hand to me They'll play our symphony Our symphony on wheels .... ........... I feel like I should hate it... (I mean look at those lyrics) ... But don't . Something endearing about it .... Creatively catchy .... .... Nice strings and horns ... Produced well .... contains many changes Silly but delivered as such unapologetically ... mix into Cake's MORK AND MINDY --- Does anyone have more info in this LP and its contents ??? What are the other songs .... & by what artists ? ***** admit it .... those blue ad words are intrusively annoying. Like uninvited leaches attaching themselves to a gazelle's ass at a gathering pool ....

| Re: Roller Discoers : What about SYMPHONY ON WHEELS ? The Single was released on Fabulous/TK Records (FAB-430) in 1979. I wasn't thrilled at all by the track. To me, it sounds like a mix of "Glory, glory halleluia" and a Disneyland Parade theme (the chorus). But sorry, I wasn't aware of an existing LP containing the track.
