Default A Question Regarding Jackson 5's "Forever Came Today"

I have a question about this early disco ditty. If you were mixing the intro of this song (when Miss Michael wails "evah, forevah, evah and evah and evah...") into the break of the previous song, what song would you pick? I envision mixing this song and for the life of me and I can't think of a song I'd choose.

I'm no deejay . . and I'm certainly no remixer, but that J5 tune (one of my faves from '75) seems to be on the same groove as another classic from '75 (Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes' version of Don't Leave Me This Way).

Just a thought . . .

I'm thinking the best type of song is one with snare hits on every beat. Maybe the breaks in tracks like Stop & Go by Bohannon, Undecided Love by The Chequers, or Moonboots by ORS would be the way to go.

ooooh, Disco Funk . . . .great tune suggestion. I love me some "Undecided Love" on the old Scepter label I think that "Forever" would blend excellently with that one
