Cool!! Any hints as to who this was addressed to?

P.S. If you already have a copy of the LP, I'll buy this one for $10, just so you can get it off your hands... I know how much of a time-consuming burden records can become when they start stacking up and taking up all your space...You're probably not interested in a graffitied record anyway!?!
