| Why do short men need sooo much attention? Unfortunately, the above sentence uttered by his shortness, more or less acts as a perfect metaphor for his whole being. Look at me! LOOK AT ME!!!!! LOOK AT ME!!!!!!!!!! I have little true talent but, LOOK AT ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

...But I read that (in the early 70's) progressive bands Genesis, Yes and Van Der Graaf Generator discourage their audience from dancing, moving, swaing, or shaking to their drug-driven-mind-expanding-prog-rock-sound. First guitar player from early Yes, Peter Banks said (with sense of humour) that the band didn't even like when the sitting audience was tapping their foot to the rock beat. |

| People who dislike attention seldom become performers. |

| ***** Don't ever waste your money on Bob Dylan. Most detached performance I've ever seen. He never once achknowledged anything... barely spoke but to introduce the band players at one point . Never smiled .... never connected .... acted as if he was doing the audience a favour by just being there .... and while some fools were clamouring for a first encore .... I was watching the dust from his bus which was already racing away ..... *****

| Perhaps with the exception of Cerrone, disco artists have always come across as the least pretentious.

| Comments like that from Monsieur Cerrone are only logical and come with the territory so to speak, adding to the charm of his concept filled with scenes such as the opening sequence of Love In C Minor and the more recent Hysteria video: young ladies undressing with abandon for the drummer, The Greatest Lover. |
