 James Brown R.I.P Suppose you all heard by now.... Soul legend James Brown has died from Pneumonia. I know he is not regarded as a "disco" artist but his music greatly influenced many of todays top soul/disco/dance artists & producers. A top class performer who was respected the world over. He also greatly influenced the change in attitudes to ethnic minorities during the 1960s. A tragic loss to the world of music.  |

I don't care what anyone says, James Brown was, is, and always will be the hardest working man in show business, that's a fact, Jack!!! | Re: James Brown R.I.P Just want to add my condolances.. Saw the news on Ceefax, and had to immediately play the Best of CD...SOOOO damn funky...and what a dancer...he made the main news lead on some of the UK TV stations, but most of the footage was of more recent times. RIP |
