in 1972 this group released an album that's now quite collectable...even quite rare... pre-disco produced by a famous producer who later would work for Fantasy....anybody knows the name of the group as portrayed here???

The cover looks very familiar. Just can't place it. For some reason the Hues Corporation keeps coming in to mind.

I think you got it. As LPH later became New Birth who I also thought of. (I don't remember the Blackbyrds having a female either. So I think my guess was way off.

It's definitely LOVE PEACE & HAPPINESS. The title of the LP is "Here 'Tis"
