Disco Lou Christie

While going through an album to ripped from vinyl one of my favorite Lou Christie songs (Don't Stop Me, I'll Jump Off The Edge of Love) I noticed there was a disco version of "Theme From People" extended mix (not the Barbara song). Catchy little tune. Since the album is mostly his Columbia years stuff, does anyone know if it was released as a 12" single? Didn't he also have another disco tune?
