| Don't know the Billy Ocean record... One nitpick...shouldn't the "La Bamba" be credited to AntoniA Rodriguez instead of AntoniO Rodriguez??? I know the domestic 12" says Antonio--BUT I'm pretty sure it was a typo. Jussi's book and my Import 12" credit it to AntoniA and it's a female vocal. If I'm wrong--I'd be curious to know what happened here.

| No, no Senor Lopez... I just found it on the 1979 Billboard charts and it's listed there as Antonia, on my Magnet 12" import as Antonia, and in Jussi's book on page 256 under the 1979 releases as Antonia.... I only mention it cause I voted for the damn record (#12) down from #5 last time.

| Bernie, Please forgive me for sounding like a Mr. Know-It-All.... I'm just trying to put my 2 cents in to make the list as accurate as possible. I think that record "La Bamba" was the first import I ever bought--so I've had it for a long time and always known the artist as Antonia. I was most surprised to find the domestic 12" at Amoeba earlier this year and find it credited to Antonio!!! If I'd had the Antonio label all these years...I too would have been suspicious of someone telling me that it was really an Antonia!!!! Sorry to nitpick!!!
