 Re: Is This Disco? IAN DURY & THE BLOCKHEADS We always played them. They were a nice break from disco and were very popular in Germany. And you can add Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll. I was surprised to see that Claudja Barry did a version of Wake Up And Make Love With Me. VS, you are a truly a keeper of the flame. I also remember Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll. I used to date this little Irish rocker who I was converting to disco :-D

| Re: Is This Disco? IAN DURY & THE BLOCKHEADS I actually love Ian Dury's stuff mainly because of the Chas Jankel influence. I recently bought Ian's 'Do It Yourself' LP and some of the tracks have an almost jazz-funk sound, not as rock-sounding as I'd imagined.:-o
