This album contains some of Adriano's pure disco tracks, "When Love.." which is sort of in the Dr Buzzard vein but faster, and his best by far. "Yes I Do" has the beat too but is not as driving as "Love". I trust you are familiar with his most popular title, the proto-euro "Azzurro"? Adriano - who is a national icon in Italy and appeared in films as well, including in Fellini's "La Dolce Vita"- also had an album out called "Disco Dance". Don't be fooled with this though as it has nothing much to do with the music, even though some books erraneously claim that it has. So I'd say yes, buy "Tecadisc" for "When Love", you'll like it a lot.

But...on the album "Svalutation", there's a hidden surprise with the song "La Neve". Starts off like a MOR Italian softpop-song and then explodes in a "Brazil" like Disco-extravaganza. Worth looking for and a tip for the Discolounge parties

And of course there's "Prisencolinensianciusol", the best dancetrack he ever made. Jussi is right on "Disco Dance": the sleeve looks Disco but the tracks aren't.

Great tracks of him are:

And the Italian anthem: "Azzurro"

"La Neve"..a "Brazil"-like extravaganza! Must seek this out, thanks for the tip! - , a lesser mor Italian singer who also dabbled in disco quite successfully is teven Schlaks- check out "Delicate" album for a 5 minute instrumental&chants "Mooncake" and the 12" "Fantasy Girl".
