| Has anyone here had much experience with this series of recordings? They seem primarily designed for people who only want a few select titles of a particular artist's recordings. I bought one (by the British Blues band called Savoy Brown) and I sure was disappointed. In my favorite song (the 9 minute masterpiece "Hellbound Train") the sound goes from being good, to thick and fuzzy, then very trebly, and then back to thick and fuzzy, all within the same song. I'm wondering if the entire series is like this, or did I just buy a bad copy. They have one title (called "the 80s") that has several dance tracks on it that I'd like to have but now I'm hesitant about buying another. I sure expected more from Universal Records.... |

| I have found the audio quality to be outstanding on most sets but the choice and number of songs is often limited. Often times abridged edits are used. |

| I agree with eddie. I have a couple. The song selection in small and sometimes odd. The audio quality is good in the ones I have.
