| Belgian legends "TELEX". The group around radiojock Marc Moulin, Synwizzard Dan Lacksman and architect Michel Moers were groundbreaking Electro-discopioneers and are considered as 1 of the big influences for early House and Technorecords. "Moskow Diskow" (French spoken version). Enjoy the Belgian railroads (filmed at the station of Schaerbeeck/Brussels) :-D http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DFWdo...elated&search= "Twist A St-Tropez" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JChgN...elated&search= And their culthit "Eurovision", the Belgian entry for the European Songcontest and where they diss the whole event: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6USa0...elated&search= And their comeback from 2005: "On The Road Again" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ML_WX...elated&search= |

Another Belgian Disco (part 3??) group is Nacht und Nebel with the legendary Patrick Marina Nebel (vocals, piano, drums) Fil Ijzerdraad (bas) and Albiano Bentano (synths). Didn't Patrick Marina die or commit suicide or something?? The group was never as big as Telex but their music is definitely worthwile to remember... 'Movoco syntaca' especially and 'Beats of love', their biggest hit sofar. Classify under danceable 'Belgian Wave Disco' before Belgian New Beat ahh...another Belgian phenomenon all*that*glitters* |

| And don't forget Belgian cult legends FRONT 242 who are at the origin of Electronic Body Music and New Beat: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kGEKn...ch=front%20242 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1beLK...ch=front%20242 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L4j1D...ch=front%20242 And so was my all time favourite Belgian band "LORDS OF ACID" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OrlwNbZ8tF0 who, nowadays mainly tour under their alter ego "PRAGA KHAN" and who's leadsinger is an ex-girlfriend of me ;-) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0qbFr...elated&search= |

| Ahh Johan, now you're bringing in Front 242. Love tracks like "Headhunter" and even "Tragedy For You." "I go there every night just to hear the beat..."

| I've always loved 'Moskow Diskow'; I could never get enough of any disco record featuring analogue sequencers.:-P I just don't understand it when people say this was early techno; it doesn't bear any resemblance to modern computer-generated dance music IMO.:???: There will never be a sound created again that's this brilliant.
