Here's the deal ..... the following 10 artists each had at least one album enter the Billboard TOP 10 Album Chart (up until 1987).
One of these acts took their highest ranking album to #1. Another took their best to #2. The next to #3 .....all the way thru to #10.
There is one correct artist for each peak ranking of 1 thru 10 .

For example : The correct answer for the #5 spot is Lipps, Inc because their highest charting album was MOUTH TO MOUTH which peaked at .... #5
