Default 1000 OHM

Almost forget this record by the Belgian band 1000 Ohm. "A.G.N.E.S" was released in 1982 and is considered as a classic Disco record although I always considered this one more New Wave.

The producers were Ricky B and Frank Van Bogaert.

Does anybody remember this one or can give more info on the band?

Johan,

I have had this great record since the 80s and would also classify it as more New Wavish in sound. In fact, I'm going to play this one tonight so I'll post back.

Just found the record and popped it on the turntable and it brought back lots of memories. I remember buying this really cheap back in the day, but still know nothing about this group. Definitely has a Kraftwerk ? Landscape sound to it.

Just added this record to the Vault since I had it out...

Actually Johan, Belgian and European records were very easy for me to find in NYC. In some cases, especially with CDs, it is cheaper to buy them here than in their home country! Go figure???
