| Even French Disco has some surprises for me. While I was thinking that French chansonnier Claude François had only made one album with (some) Disco songs like "Alexandrie Alexandrie" and "Magnolias For Ever", http://www.discomusic.com/records-more/3949_0_2_0_C/ I recently discovered a great track by him, which was originally released in 1975 and is a French version of the Spinners' hit "I'll be around" (T. Bell-P. Hurtt) translated: "Soudain, il ne reste qu'une chanson". Has he made other hidden treasures than those mentioned above and BTW try to find his version, it's a great cover! |
