Change the glow of love

Hi Y'all
I've seen on a couple of sites a re-issue of Change 'The glow of love' with the running time of 8mins 21. This seem to be an official re-issue and not a bootie. Was there ever a more extended version of this track, or do people think it might have been a missprint? Would love to know, can't remember which sites I saw it on, as I found them by accident.

Also I remember years ago seeing an American promo of Gregg Diamonds Luth sung 'Hot Butterfly' with two different longer versions on each side ( I wish I had bought it, foolish foolish boy). However I have never come across anybody who knows of this and all re-issues are usually the normal version. I'm beginning to think I must have imagined it, but I absolutely know I didn't.
Anybody got it?

Hi ZEF,
Check out Virgin records. There is a Double CD called 'The original soul selection' Cat no; OSEL004.
It has a 7.54 version of 'Hot butterfly' on it. Plus some other fab tracks!!

I've checked my CD album of the Change album and that runs around 6.14 ish. I haven't seen a longer version on CD in the UK. I have the US cd 'Best of' but that has the short version on it.

Cheers! I knew I could count on you guys. The re-issue of The 'Glow of love' looks the same as the promo posted on this site. Has anybody heard this longer version to know what the extended bits are?

I shall also check out the CD with one of those Hot butterfly mixes. The promo that I originally saw did have an 8+min version & a 7+min version, so thats those. It's funny because it was around the mid/late 80's that I saw it, about the time that HB was re-issued in the UK on the back of the Rare Groove thing. It was only a fiver and even though I thought this was something special, I was a poor student and let it go. Wish I had'nt, but glad my memory wasn't playing tricks on me.

Just ordered the Gregg Diamond from Amazon, then read the review on the quality. Oh well better then nothing (I hope)

I am most interested to find out about the Change though, maybe I will just have to buy the repress and see.
