The 3rd snippet on that 1st link sounds like Madness; don't know name of track as I don't really like them!

The fourth one ('s49') is "Tonight I'm Gonna Make You a Star" by Brenda Jones.

The next one is driving me crazy as I think it cuts off just before the title. :x

Since we've had no more guesses, here are the titles for the remaining two songs.

The instrumental song was "Love Is" by Thoty

The female vocal was "Darling That's Me" by Judy Cheeks.
