I've seen this seller before & wondered what the quality was like as I've not seen most of them on CD before.

They're obviously bootlegs, perhaps from Russia, where a lot of these titles have appeared before. The only question would be how crappy they would sound. Mastered from old cassettes, lousy needle drops, or lousy needle drops put through crappy digital noise reduction?

Ditto. Buyer beware.

i bought a few of the russian bootlegs of cerrone.quality was great.the labeling of the cd's were good, not official looking.but the had two albums on one cd and cheap via ebay(not ebay seller papayons).they were issued from a cd manufacturer not a record company.papayond labeling look totally official don't you think.the imports that came out mexico i thought pretty good sounding(better than canada)and mostly on red vinyl.which make optomistic about these cd's.

Perhaps, but Cerrone's material was already available on CD. The Russian bootleggers simply ripped the discs and recompiled them. This is a common tactic there for older albums which are under 40 minutes long.

It's easy and cheap to get proper aluminum discs pressed (and more cost-effective if you're doing runs of greater than 100), and nobody pays much attention to copyright details outside of Japan/North America/Western Europe. These discs might look totally official, but they're obviously not. They would be available through channels other than eBay if they had any legitimacy to them at all.

If you're going to get bootlegged music, why pay for it? Just take it from your local P2P network... I suspect that's what these bootleggers have done anyway.

P2P = Peer to Peer. LimeWire, BitTorrent, BearShare, WinMX, etc.
