Album notes

A great collection of songs that came from left field in the midst of the new wave of the late 70's and early 80's, featuring gems like The Normal's "Warm Leatherette", PiL's "Death Disco" (also known as "Swan Lake"), Gang Of Four's "I Love A Man In A Uniform", XTC's "Meccanik Dancing", Simple Minds' "Theme For Great Cities" and many more.

Fabulous collection of post-punk neo-romantic sinisterwave music (Disco with Punk, Funk, Rock, Electronic flavors). The best track (to my opinion) is "Why Can'T I Touch It?" by Buzzcocks with fantastic distorted guitar. Brian Eno's "Jezebel Spirit" is another favorite!
