I am looking for a funky song (1981 or 1980?)
that contained the words
"You can do it one more time"
(it was a kind of "gang" similar to "Kool and the Gang"),
and other words were "it's easy... yes it's easy" or something like that.

Unfortunately there are dozens of songs
whose title is "one more time"
and I am not able to find author and real title of this one!

Can you tell me anything about this?

Thanks

Ya know, with the exception of "The Mexican", I think more people have asked for this song than any thing else I can think of.

I'm pretty sure you are looking for:

"Get On Up And Do It Again" by Suzy Q (1981/RFC/Atlantic)

"Get on up and do it again. you can do it one more time"

It was used in part 3 of Armistead Maupin's "Tales Of The City" during the pool scene party at Rock Hudson's house.

GREAT!!!!!!

I can't believe it: actually it is the song I was looking for!

I did not understand your introduction
(about the mexican and so on),
however, I was able to find the song
and that's it!

Thanks again

Fabrizio,

I was saying that "The Mexican" is another song lots of people are trying to find.

"Morning, sad morning..."

Oh, never mind. Glad I could help.
