Hello everyone! I just joined this site today. Though I grew up in the 80's I love disco music! I love one song in particular but cannot find the name of the artist or the correct title despite my searches. The song sounds like this "Let's do it, let's do it there's nothing to it. We're gonna make this love get started take this love within my heart, but my lovin where you are" Then another part goes...."Are you for real or just a dream? Thing ain't really how they seem, now is the time this is the place you deserve a little taste" ...... "Don't you like it? Don't you like it, Yes I like it baby". I tried to include as much of it as I know. I may not have the lyrics 100% correct, but I thinks it's pretty identifiable if you know the song. I would greatly appreciate any help I can be emailed at: Ambrosiafruit@hotmail.com THANKS IN ADVANCE! :D

It sounds like Convertion's "Let's do it" from the early 1980's on Sam records (the label that had Gary's Gang and Vicki D). It was available on compilation by Nervous records called Sam records extended play disco classics released in 2000. I believe this title is out of print and hard but not impossible to come by. There was also a second volume in this set.

Thanks K-Bee I actually did find the song under Leroy Burgess last week. I could not find it under the title Convertion and then began to get despondent. I was able to find that Leroy Burgess sung the song and got it. Again thanks to all you helpful people at this site Kaliffen, apparently you still have breath in you. You'll find your tunes I'm sure LOL. Peace Out!
