I haven't listened to the track (no realplayer installed), but ... female singer, probably french and repeating 'Africa'. Could it be 'Rose Laurens / Africa (Voodoo master)' from 1983?

No, this is far from Rose Laurens. I did a search on Web but came up empty-handed. You might have to call the folks at DanceRecords.com.

It's a remake of "Gepy & Gepy - African Love Song" (1979, Baby Records).

This may be "Motherland" by Tribal House"

The lyrics are Afri-ca, Afri-ca, A-A-A AFRICA

A female singing over the baseline..."Mother Father Sister Bro-ther, from the mother-land.

It's definitely not "Motherland" by Tribal House. I listened to the clip.
