If you listen....at the end...a DJ like voice says..."Oooow, way to go Sylvia..." Is that a clue to the name of the artist? Sylvia Mason, maybe? Sylvia Love?

It would seem to be a song called "Stop the Party" or "Stop the Music" or "Stop the Show"...they sing all 3.

Singer has a gospelly Cissy Houston-sounding voice.
