#1 is Imagination by Belouis Some from 1985 - this is some sorta dance mix I think.

#5 is by Hugh Masakela - Don't Go Loose It Baby. Think it's from 1984.

I remember the one with the female singing "latin lover"..it used to be played in this club i used to go to in NJ in 86 called "the oasis". as for the artist i got no clue but wanna find out myself now..damn that little sample just brought back a ton of memories!
