Little song ID Help Please ***identified***

Recently I heard a disco mix that played part of a song that I need help identifying. The mix is called "84 in 40 min." (http://www.dj-pir.com/mix.htm). A minute or so into part #A, three songs are playing at the same time: The Breakout crew cuts to the S.O.S. band, and a third song is playing during the segue. It is a drum break with an ambient sound in the background and a synthesized voice says "break" on every snare hit (or 2nd and 4th beat of every measure). Anyone know that song? I have a clip of the song by itself that I will post when I get home. Thanks to all who can help! 8)

Thank you thank you thank you TetMatteu! I've never heard that song in it's entirety, all I knew was that nice long funky break. I guess that voice wasn't synthesized...it was her real voice! That threw me off a bit...
