Default Title/artist search

Hey all,

Early 80's tune. All I remebre of the lyrics is (or at least what I used to hear as the lyrics):

"I don't beleive in dj, I don't believe in radio, idon't beleive in my best friends"

Thanks for the help

It wasn't the sentiments that I liked but the musical arrangement.

Does anyone out there know the name of this tune?

i know it and remember it and have it, but right now can't recall the title or who does it. i'm pretty sure it was early-to-mid '80s italo disco with a male vocal, though, and a good record.

now it's gonna taunt me until i or someone else figures it out.

as soon as i thought about something else it came to me:

Baricento's "Tittle Tattle"

your lyrical fragment isn't quite right (it's sung with a heavy italian accent), but it was close enough to spark a memory, and once i pulled out the record and gave it a spin, i'm nearly positive it's the one you're looking for.

GREAT record - one of my favorites from that era and a big record at the paradise garage and clubs like it - in the same vein as alexander robotnick.

That sounds correct. I remember holding it in my hands about 18 years ago and thinking it was an odd name for an artist.

Will let you know once I get my hands on it.
Many thanks.

Thank you guys.
I went on Gemm and found that jbeary had indeed spelled it wrong. I was not going to say anything because 9 out of 10 is great in any sport.

Unless you are stiking out 9 out of every 10 plate appearances, or missing 9 out of 10 free throws, or......
You get the idea.

Judging by the lyrics, that sounds like a booming choon. I'd love to hear it.

Choon is a modern (post-rave) term used in the UK for a record or particular track; not sure about 'booming'. :-?
