Anyone remember this one?

I'm trying to ID a song that was released sometime in 1981. I remember listening to it that summer on on WKTU out of New York City while cruising to the Jersey Shore late on a Friday night. 8)

The song was sung by a female/s and the majority of the music was synthesiser generated.

The only lyrics I remember are "words are words" and some other gibberish nonsense. :o
