"Cherie d'Amour" samples the first seconds of EWF's "Keep your head to the sky"

Default wow

are you sure they sampled "head to the sky".
i'm listening and comparing them both and it seem really unlikely thats what they sampled.and if they did they just transformed sampling into an art.

Sometimes there is a confusion between two tracks of Le Knight Club, "Cherie d'Amour" and "Gator". Cherie d'Amour samples "Keep Your head to the Sky" without a doubt, as I'm listening to it right now.

The sample has been really well worked and is very short but it's the one.

But, still, Cherie d'Amour is always confused with Gator, and maybe you're talking about Gator. Unfortunately, I don't know what is the track sampled in Gator.
