The 2nd song is "all night Passion" by Alisha..on Vangard label..around 85..

The one right after that is "music is the key"by JM Silk on DJ internation around 86

The next one after that is "Brutal" by Nitro Deluxe on Cutting records..same time frame.

@ approx 15 minutes ..Hanson & Davis - Hungry For Your Love used to play it a lot.
@ about 31.45 This Time Baby - Jackie Moore (intro only and even that sounds a bit different to what i remember) Used to love this record.
@ 33.40 Taffy - I love My Radio played this a lot too.
@ 38.40 he's obviously gone into some kind of megamix type of disc... lotsa well known tracks in there including Hot Streak, Melle Mel, Modern Romance, Quando Quango, Al Hudson, Kool & The Gang, Jimmy Bo Horne.
@ about 43.15 Marshall Jefferson - The House Music Anthem,

The choon at approx. 22 mins, was Exposé "The Point Of No Return." (1987-ish)...V. camp

And the one at about 34 mins 40 secs is "You Can't Run From My Love" Maxine Singleton (1982)

Regarding "Taffy - I love My Radio" here's the info:

I don't know if this was also released on CD back in 1986.
