I just put this request on disco marshmallow's thread below but I thought I'd start an OP for it too cause this tune is blinding.

It's on the 1st mix on his thread

starts about at 34:45 just after Fantasy - You're too late.

Some of it's through a vocoder or something. It goes:

"You came into the world, not knowing what to do"

Then later
"Comin coming I'm coming down to you. Coming coming and now you're ready"

Then a robot voice starts "I'm ready, I'm ready, yes I am. I'm ready, I'm ready"

I'm thinking it sounds a bit like Chas jankel

It's "I'm Ready" by Kano.

that's gotta be "i'm ready" by kano - excellent tune, monster hit, often sampled

It was sampled in the overplayed song "whoop there it is" by Tag Team ( and covered at the same time by the group 95 South).

The B-Side of the original Kano 12" was "Holly Dolly" which got some clubplay, but the track was never put it on the full length LP.
