HELP w/t 2 weird early-80´s instrumentals pleeeeze

Hey yo dudes...

here are 2 tunes that definitely steal my sleep......

....again, i have not the slightest idea what those songs could be.
They might be from the early 80´s, but i´m not even sure about that.
Pleeeze lend me your ear and help me outta here.

"weird mystery 1" has some depressive bowie-style in it.
It´s one of the songs they could have played in club at 5 in the morning to get rid of everybody .Harhar.

"weird mystery 2" is an incredible up-tempo-electro-smasher.
The vocoder in the first 10 seconds of the snippet doesn´t belong to the tune, its a part of the previous song.

The first one I don't know, but it sounds very much like a disco-ish cover version of Pink Floyd's Us & Them. There have been a few PF concept LPs by other acts, I suspect it might be one of those.

The second one I do know, but I'm struggling to remember the name. When I do, I'll post it. It's an early 80s Euro disco record that Daniel Wang plays a lot.
