J-Lo's Sample (Children Grow & Women Produce) ???

Help, for most of my life I have heard this sample in many songs. I just want to know who it was that played that sampled part of the song and maybe how can I find this album in New York City? Here's how it goes....

"Children grow and women produce and men go work and some go stealin'"

"Everyone's got to make a living."

Please, who IS this GUY??????? Had to be from the 70's because in the 80's it was played out in many of hip-hop albums quickly! So somebody tell me! J-Lo's "Jenny From The Block" starts out that way so it's not so unusual.
