I know its not strictly a disco track as such but who did the original Sway (Mucho Mambo) i know Shaft did a dance club remix but who sang the deep voiced original :)

The song was written by composers Gimble & Ruiz back in the 1950's. Here are some of the artists who have sung it:Dean Martin, Rosemary Clooney and Julie London

Default mambo
The Rosemary Clooney version that I have is on A touch of tabasco with Perez Prado. A great album from the 50's it makes for a very nice lounge party. It was not cheap as I had to get it as a Jap import from amazon.com special order at thirty something dollars. It was worth it. Guests at my parties love it and they want to mambo after a few cocktails.
