I'm very impressed if someone knows this one. I think it is quite known though. I'm looking for name of artist and song.

It is a man who is singing. It sounds like it is from the early eighties (80-83) and I think it is from Europe.
And from what I hear there is a housedisco track called ¨Flawless¨ by The Ones that has sampled/stolen the beginning of the song I'm looking for.
Anyway, some of the lyrics go:
