Default Name and song title needed

I hope anyone can help me with this one. I've first heard this song on WBLS around 1978-79'. Female vocal, voice reminds me of either Samantha Sang or Celi Bee. Slow moving song with the phrase "Heart to heart, hand in hand" repeated often. I've heard it again a few years ago on the radio in Coban, Guatemala :o, but the DJ never mentioned the singer nor the title.

I'm guessing Andrea True, "Fill Me Up (Heart to Heart)".

Yeah Nicky...that's what I thought too

"heart to heart, right from the very start...you fill me up, you fill me up with your love"

BUT...when it's a record played in a foreign country...I'm always sure I'm wrong.

There's lotsa songs out there that never made it to the U.S., me thinks--or so I've learned from trial & error.

Thanx a mill for your response markydefad and nicknack, but sadly it wasn't it .
I do recall that she(the singer) metions "accept the flame of love" and ...well that's all I will be able to remember.
That's my last 2¢. Gracias, de nuevo!
