4 unknown songs??? from a early 80's mixtape???

there is a mix on this tape i got that is about 20 minutes long. There are the four songs.

1. the first one goes "these things inside my soul, they make me lose control, it goes on and on." very little vocals. in fact the guy is not even singing it. Its very weird. Has a lot of crazy sound and contains a house beat to it.

2. the second one is kind of like an italo-disco song but it has a house bass to it and it has a house beat to it also. The words are: "fantasy...fantasy..fantasy seems to be the main word of the song. some of the rest is "if i can't have my fantasy I mightess well die...imagination is gone...." its a female vocalist.

3. The third song is also from the early 80's. The words are "black stations, white stations, head out the door, get of the ceiling (???) cuz this is 1984"

4. The fourth song on the tape is "no no im not living without you. I dont wanna be free. I'm staying. Youre gonna love me. Youre gonna love me. And Im telling you, I'm not going..."

This is "And I'm telling you I'm not going" ('83)by Koffie, from the 'DreamGirls" Broadway Musical, my copy is an original 12" on "Pandisc Records" issue in Miami and produced by Bo Crane (Former DJ & Fla Record Pool Ass. director), I don't know if this was ever picked up by any major labels, at the time every "Fan Queen " did this song.
