Default Looking for the Name of A son I heard on the Bernie Mac Show

I saw an episode of the Bernie Mac show sometime last month and I heard a song that I can't remember the name of. It went something like Ready or not here we come, feet don't fail me now. I thinks it's from the late 70's or 80's. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks.

The nearest i can think of is:
The Delfonics - Ready or Not Here I Come

The lyrics don't quite match yours though

That sounds like 'One Nation Under A Groove' by Funkadelic.

Late 70's early 80's  , well that obliterates "Twenty Five Miles" by Edwin Starr:

COME ON FEET DON'T FAIL ME NOW,
I'VE GOT 10 MORE MILES TO GO.
I'VE GOT 7, (STEP ON, STEP ON)
6 (STEP ON, STEP ON)...

BTW --- WELCOME TO THE BOARD. Good luck on this song.

Forrrce is right - it's definitely "One Nation Under A Groove" with those lyrics.
