It's driving me crazy...do you know this song?

I found this tape I recorded off the radio, I think it was 1977 or 78, but can't be sure, it's very poor quality so can't tell many words in this song... something about ' in New york, do the hustle, give it my feeling, show some muscle...but i've got something...(etc)' then the chorus goes 'Disco(?)'. Maybe 'Disco Feeling' or sounds like. It's male vocal, male backing vocals, v. g. bass line, lots of funky guitar, piano,keyboards,funky drums- sorry I have vague info, but I really appreciate your help.

If it is - it's very difficult to find though I have seen copies of a CD on a French music website for 13 euros or so...

I managed to listen to it on Amazon.com...still, it's a good track though...
I have also searched Disco playlists from 77-79 all over the net - in particular on Brazilian sites, as I originally recorded the song off Brazilian radio station RADIO CIDADE in the 70s.
So far, I haven't seen anything that could be it. Most of the songs listed are the usual ones. This is obviously a very obscure track, and I really don't understand why, as it's a brilliant song. It's a shame that nobody recognizes it and it doesn't seem to be included in any Disco or Funk compilation!
If only I could work out the title... I thought it was "Disco Freaks", but couldn't find one with the title which matched the years it could have been released.
Oh well, I will carry on searching...it's got to be there somewhere!
