Song in Summer of Sam and Charlies Angels

Ok, This song is in both movies, but does not appear on either sound track. I dont know where it is in summer of sam, but it is in charlies angels when they are in the house on the mountain right after the one angel sleeps with that guy and they find out hes a bad guy. It is also on old navys play list right now. Someone told me they thought it was Kool and the Gang, but Ive had no luck fiding it under their name. Thanks for any help you can give me. It sounds like theyre saying "I feel like dancing"

Wild guess..."You Make Me Feel Like Dancing" by Leo Sayer??? Doesn't sound like Kool & The Gange ...but I do recall hearing it in a commercial not too long ago.
