It seems like "don't Stop Till' Get Enough" and the voice like michael jackson, but it's not him. May You Help Me? I Don't remember the lyrics. I Used to lysten on the radio on early 80's. It's Not The Jacksons too.

Many people used to think Cashmere's 'Do It Anyway You Wanna' was Michael Jackson in the early 80's, although I don't think it's what you're looking for as it doesn't sound particularly like 'Don't Stop Til You Get Enough' (more laid-back).
