ID: Radio mix show, NY, 1990(?)

In 1990 i had a tape with a radio record, i believe it's some NY station, maybe WQHT, may it be one of the "friday night hot mixes"? Now all that i have left is 4 short pieces from it. Here is one:

maybe its an upstate radio station..lol...
