Some sleeazy-lush disco to ID.. Great One!

Today I've been asked about this one and i dont know what f***** is this shite. Sounds amazing to me. Bright and good sound of early 80's BUT instrumentation and arrangement of mid 70's. Its kinda lush disco but its great. Could anyone ID this one?

If it is a part of an old mix , we want listen the rest to focalize the exact
period.

Rafael (the one who provided me the sample) says that this is the introduction song on the "Disco Inferno" DVD, released back in 2003.
He says that DVD doesn't contain any info of this song, anything.

I don't have that DVD, but I've found that it contains material of an old german tv show called "Musik Laden"... so

-this could be the opening theme of that show, on the 76-79' years?
-this could be also, new material someone made exclusively for the DVD?
-some UK disco library from that era? (since the producer of the dvd is british)
