Hey, first time visit for me.

Listing to WKTU (New York) of all things, driving party gear back to wearhouse after a slammin' V-day party in Brooklyn.

I heard this synthy track, very uplifting, only main vocal was "look straight ahead."

Any ideas who did it?

Arvin

Most likely to be:
Nick Straker band - Straight ahead (1982) the same people who brought us the disco hit "A little bit of jazz"

and less likely to be:
Kool & the gang - Straight ahead (1983)
