I tried them all: REVANCHE, MACHO, MIDNIGHT GANG. No luck. Then again, I don't own all their music. Production on your song seems to lean more to Macho, IMO. Sorry I couldn't help.

it does sound like a later Peter Jacques Band record, way after 1980 or so. Didn't they also produce a group called Zinc and a group called Rudy?

I also don't know what this is, but I do know that it isn't Ronnie Jones, whose records are typically German productions. I agree that it sounds like an Italian production. If it's not produced by Mauro Malavasi, I'd venture that it's produced by Celso Valli. Is this from a mixtape? It would help if you knew the year of the other tracks on the tape. A longer soundclip would help — It's hard to even guess what the title is from what you've supplied.
