which version of miss broadway is it? because i found this on youtube and it sounds different from the sample i posted YouTube - Belle Epoque - Miss Broadway (1977)

The one you posted is just filtered (EQ). That is, someone was playing with the EQ and cutting frequencies.

Though it is possible that someone cut a vinyl of it, I don't know. But maybe some other members can answer that.

it's not the eq i'm talking about, the one on youtube has some extra male vocals which aren't in the version i have a sample of
