Help ID Song from TV's Swingtown

On the 3rd episode of CBS's Swingtown (June 19), this song was playing in the background of one scene. Only can get bits and pieces, but it's a good one.

Anyone know the song and artist? It's a male vocalist. Very dance-able. Should be from the 70s, cause that's the show's premise.
