Hi, I have listen a cover of "brass construction - movin" on the radio show, can you help me to identify the artist.
I have recording with my telephone portable, I'm really sorry for the bad quality of sample

Your link doesn't load for some reason. But as I recall, around 1985 a UK group called The 400 Blows did a version of 'movin''.

No it's definitely not 400 Blows' version. This version sounds more raw like the original.
