Actually I just figured it out

It's "One O'Clock" by Sebelle. I just ordered the CD off Amazon. I got the single and the albumn. Hopefully the single has the remix version which is what I heard on the radio. You can go to the Amazon website to preview and listen to the track off her self titled albumn.
